Make an oval starting from the 2nd ch from hook, work on both sides of the chain.

Assembly

1. Sew the head to the body.
2. Sew the beak to the head, at rows 12 to 18. First, fast the beak with tailor’s needles.
3. Make eye tightening. Embroider eye brows and lashes with black thread, eye whites with white one.
4. Sew the feet to the body, fastening them with tailor’s needles.
5. Sew the wings to the body, at rows 4 to 11.

Collar

With lilac yarn:
Leave a long tail at the beginning. Make 36 ch.

Crochet in turning rows:
R 1: From the 2nd ch from hook: 35 sc, 1 turning chain
R 2: (1 sc, (1 dc, 2 ch, 1 dc) – in one st, 1 sc, 1 sl st) – repeat to the end of the row

Bow

With lilac yarn:
Make 30 ch, join with sl st to make a circle.
Crochet 5 rows with 30 sc.
